Terms of service

1. The service

Anvaya lets clinic staff add patients’ lab reports and shows doctors the results and how they change over time, with each value linked to the original report page. During the pilot we add and change features often, and we welcome the clinic’s feedback.

2. Not a diagnosis

Anvaya describes results. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment or replace a doctor’s judgement. Values are read automatically and can be wrong, especially from photos. Doctors must check values against the original report before relying on them for clinical decisions, and the clinic and its doctors remain responsible for patient care.

3. Accounts and access

4. Patient data

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Anvaya to break the law, to add data you have no right to share, to try to reach another clinic’s data, to probe or disrupt our systems, or to copy or resell the service.

6. Fees

Anvaya is free during the pilot. If we introduce paid plans, we will give the clinic at least 30 days’ notice, and nothing is charged unless the clinic agrees to a plan.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Anvaya available and to back up data every night, but during the pilot we do not promise any particular uptime. We may change or retire features; if a change materially reduces what the clinic can do, we will tell the clinic in advance.

8. Our property and feedback

We own Anvaya, its software and its design. The clinic owns its data. If the clinic sends us suggestions, we may use them to improve Anvaya without obligation.

9. Suspension and ending the service

10. Liability

Anvaya is provided “as is” during the pilot. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for clinical decisions made without checking the original report. Our total liability to a clinic is limited to the fees it paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹10,000 if that is higher. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

The clinic will cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by its breach of these terms, including adding patient data without a lawful basis.

12. This website

The content on nivayacare.com is for general information. The example patients and values shown are illustrative and not real. Please don’t copy the site’s design or text without permission.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking; if that fails, the courts of India have jurisdiction.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above. For significant changes we will tell clinics at least 30 days in advance. Questions: hello@nivayacare.com.
